The EDITION Hotel & Residences was designed to serve as an iconic landmark within the rapidly evolving Water Street district. While the building is defined by a vertical tower that combines industrial elements with deco-inspired curves, the street-level experience is anchored by an organic flowing relationship between exterior and interior spaces.

The EDITION's façade is composed of metal, glass, and concrete, with large divided light windows and balconies that wrap around the entire building. The gentle curves of the balconies and awnings reference Florida’s Art Deco and modern architectural past, and the building's light color imbues an impression of airiness within the new urban setting. 

Amenities can be found throughout the tower, designed to provide guests and residents with a high-end “urban resort” experience. Hotel amenities include a lobby lounge and bar; a grand ballroom with a terrace; an intimate library bar; a full spa that includes steam, sauna, and treatment rooms; a pool deck with an outdoor pool bar and cabanas; an indoor pool bar and lounge with cabanas and a terrace; and a fitness center with a terrace. Amenities that are available exclusively to residents include a condo lounge, a large private dining room with a balcony, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
