Located in the verdant landscape fronting Historic Fourth Ward Park, FORTH Atlanta is a new boutique hotel concept with residential-style rooms and a members-only social club. The new building features a striking cast-in-place diagrid façade and rich and luxurious interiors that provide a warm and welcoming counterpoint to the modern concrete exterior.

“X” marks the spot of FORTH—a unique boutique hotel concept that introduces a new way to stay in Atlanta. The building’s primary design feature is its exposed concrete diagrid, where the diagonal columns not only contribute to the aesthetics but also serve a structural purpose. Behind the cast-in-place concrete diagrid is a window wall, adding surprising depth and transparency to the façade. Below, the tower sits on a three-story brick podium, with contextual corbelling that artfully frames each window opening.

Within, FORTH’s rich and tailored interiors were inspired by classic Americana traditions and contemporary European design, reinterpreted through a modern lens. Honest materials, handmade furnishings, layered fabrics, and curated objects imbue each space with an instant sense of place and craftsmanship. Guest rooms were meticulously designed, with every element customized for a bespoke experience that ensures guests feel cared for and attended to.

In a departure from a more traditional hospitality model, we created a series of increasingly smaller and more exclusive public spaces for guests to move through as they experience the hotel. The result is a unique sense of privacy and intimacy.

Hotel operations are anticipated to commence in June 2024.

Embracing Southern hospitality, the guest rooms exude warmth, comfort, and craftsmanship. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with natural light and offer breathtaking views. In addition to traditional guestrooms, FORTH Atlanta features 39 apartment-style suites dedicated to extended stays.

In a departure from a traditional hospitality model, we created a series of increasingly smaller and more exclusive public spaces for guests to move through as they experience the hotel. F&B offerings will include a lobby café and bar, a rooftop cocktail lounge, an Italian steakhouse, and a poolside restaurant and bar. Additional amenities include an event venue with a capacity for up to 350 seats, a coworking space, a members-only social club, and a 2,300-square-foot outdoor pool.
